Inductoheat- Metallurgical Laboratory

Our in-house Metallurgical Laboratory and Process Development Departments provide expertise on the development of induction heating and heat treatment for ferrous and non-ferrous-based alloys to improve product life. Process feasibility, along with computer modeling and 3D electromagnetic and thermal computer process simulation studies, aid in developing the perfect induction heating equation for your part design.

Our trained metallurgists and state-of-the-art lab equipment ensures quality craftsmanship at all levels of your products life cycle.

Inductoheat is equipped with fully radiometric thermal imagery devices with visual and thermal composite image functionality. We can perform prototype heat treatment on your parts with over a dozen of our own induction equipment, using material handling and tooling that is similar or identical to the ones used in production
