Induction Tube Annealing

Induction tube annealing equipment ranges from standalone units that anneal small tube sections, to system designed for integration into existing lines. For copper producers a variety of feeder systems for the annealing process are available, including basket to basket, basket to layer-wound pack or cut length bundle, and spool to spool.

Induction Pipe-End Heating

Custom & standard designed pipe-end induction systems features; 50 kW, 10 kHz, unitized compact cesign, single control board, long life coil design and closed loop cooling. Temperature Range: 150° - 2100°F.

Induction Pipe-End Heating

Custom & standard designed pipe-end induction machines features; 350 kW, 1 kHz, unitized compact cesign, single control board, long life coil design and closed loop cooling. Temperature Range: 150° - 2100°F.

Additional induction Process include:

• End upset
• Heating for bending
• Surface or through hardening
• Thermal curing of paint, plastics and other coatings
